Physical Therapist & Owner
Ken Findley, MPT
Ken is the owner and founder of Maximum Fitness. With over 30 years of experience Ken has developed reputation for delivering compassionate, results driven care helping thousands of patients reduce pain, regain mobility, and improve their quality of life. Ken began his career obtaining a master's degree in physical therapy from Philadelphia college of Pharmacy after receiving his bachelor's degree in health science from West Chester University. Over the years Ken has gained experienced across wide range of specialties including orthopedic conditions, sports injuries, and chronic pain. His diverse background enables Ken to craft individualized treatment plans tailored to each patients' unique needs. Outside of the clinic Ken enjoys playing golf, working out, and enjoying all the Florida sun has to offer.

Dr. Ken Findley Jr., PT, DPT, CSCS
Ken earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Nova Southeastern in 2024 following his undergraduate studies at Florida Gulf Coast University where he obtained a degree in Exercise Science. Ken's love for physical therapy stems from his fascination with the body's ability to recover and his desire to help patients achieve their full potential. With a background of strength and conditioning, Ken has previously worked training athletes of all levels focusing on maximizing sports performance and injury prevention. Ken is dedicated to empowering clients through personalized care to enhance every patient's potential and wellbeing. Outside of his professional life, Ken enjoys water sports, ping pong, golf, and spending time with his two albino Kenyan sand boa's named Butters Noodles, his Pac Man Frog Tater, and puppy Denali.

Physical Therapist Assistant
Frank Cruz, PTA
Through his love of sports Frank was inspired to pursue a career in physical therapy. Frank earned his Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Keiser university following a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Salem State University. Frank is highly motivated and dedicated to ensuring quality care for each patient. As a bilingual therapist, Frank provides exceptional patient care to both Spanish and English speaking patients of all ages. In his free time Frank enjoys recreational sports such as cycling, baseball, and weight training.

Janet Saenz
Hi Everyone! I graduated from Florida Atlantic University (FAU) with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science and a minor in Health Administration. My passion for caring for people and working with others has always driven me towards the healthcare field.
In the past, I’ve gained valuable experience as a server and a physical therapist aide, which has honed my skills in providing excellent care and support to those in need. These roles have also strengthened my ability to work effectively in team settings and handle various responsibilities with ease.
When I’m not working, I love spending quality time with my family, going for runs, and enjoying a good dance session.

Lead Technician
Natalia Marshall-Hewitt
Natalia earned a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Exercise Science from Methodist University. While attending Methodist, Natalia was a member of the university’s soccer team, where they developed a strong interest in rehabilitation and human performance. As a Physical Therapy Technician, Natalia supports patients throughout their recovery process with a focus on quality care and functional movement. Their background in athletics and movement science continues to shape their approach to care. Natalia enjoys Caribbean cuisine, especially oxtail with rice and peas and spending time with her cat named Nala.

Technician
Eryn Roach
Eryn received her Master of Professional Science in Environmental Science from Nova Southeastern University, following her Bachelor of Science in Marine Science from Coastal Carolina University. Her professional experience includes working with nesting sea turtles and conducting water quality research through the State of Florida.
During her time in Florida, Eryn developed a strong passion for health and wellness, inspiring her to pursue a new career path in nutrition. She is currently working toward her nutritionist certification with the goal of developing personalized programs that empower individuals to make meaningful, lasting changes in their lives.
Outside of the clinic, Eryn enjoys exploring new fitness classes, taking long walks outdoors with her dog and planning her next international adventure.

Chief Morale Officer
Denali
With months of experience in team encouragement, nap optimization, and treat management, Denali plays a critical role in keeping our day to day operations running smoothly. As Chief morale officer Denali over sees high-priority tasks such as greeting, offering expert stress relief through mandatory pet breaks, and sleeping on the job. When not on the job Denali loves belly rubs, long walks, zooming around the yard, and sleeping. In the future she aspires to be a certified therapy dog.
